The site for Rockdell Place was designed in three separate but intertwining sections: the front entry, courtyard, and parking lot with site buffer. The entrance evolved into a contemporary setting with alternating rows of hedges and decomposed granite pathways, while the back boasts a pool and berm built into an amphitheater.
